PAGASA 24-Hour Public Weather Forecast Issued at: 5:00 PM 11 September 2014 SYNOPSIS: At 4:00 PM today, the Tropical Depression outside the Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR) was estimated based on all available data at 1,230 KM East of Visayas (11.0ºN, 138.0ºE) with maximum winds of 45 KPH. FORECAST: The regions of CARAGA and Davao will experience cloudy skies with light to moderate rainshowers and thunderstorms. Metro Manila and the rest of the country will be partly cloudy to cloudy with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms mostly in the afternoon or evening. Light to moderate winds blowing from the Southwest to South will prevail over luzon and coming from the Southwest to West over the rest of the country. The coastal waters throughout the archipelago will be slight to moderate.
