PAGASA 24-Hour Public Weather Forecast issued at 5:00 am of September 20, 2013 SYOPSIS: At 4:00 AM today, the center of Typhoon "ODETTE" was located at 410 km East of Aparri, Cagayan with maximum sustained winds of 175 kph near the center and gustiness of up to 210 kph. It is forecast to move Northwest at 15 kph. Southwest Monsoon affecting Central and Southern Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao. FORECAST: Batanes group of islands, Cagayan including Calayan and Babuyan group of islands and Apayao will experience stormy weather. Isabela, Ilocos Norte, Ilocos Sur, Mt.Province, Ifugao, Abra and Kalinga will have rains with gusty winds with moderate to rough seas. Metro Manila , the rest of Luzon and Western Visayas will experience cloudy skies with moderate to occasionally heavy rains and thunderstorms which may trigger flashfloods and landslides. The rest of Visayas will have cloudy skies with light to moderate rainshowers and thunderstorms. Mindanao will be partly cloudy to cloudy with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms.
