PAGASA: At 4:00pm today, a low pressure area (LPA) was estimated based on all available data in the vicinity of Tagbilaran City (9.8ºN 124.0ºE). FORECAST: Metro Manila, CALABARZON, MIMAROPA, Bicol Region, Central Luzon, Visayas, Zamboanga Peninsula and Northern Mindanao will experience cloudy skies with light to moderate rainshowers and thunderstorms. The rest of the country will be partly cloudy to cloudy with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms mostly in the afternoon or evening. Light to moderate winds blowing from the northeast to southeast will prevail over Luzon and coming from the southeast to southwest over the rest of the country. The coastal waters throughout the archipelago will be slight to moderate.
