PAGASA-DOST Typhoon Glenda Track Severe Weather Bulletin No.10 #GlendaPH Tropical Cyclone Warning: Typhoon Glenda” (Rammasun) Issued At 11:00 PM, 15 July 2014 (Valid for broadcast until the next bulletin to be issued at 5 AM tomorrow) TYPHOON “GLENDA” INTENSIFIED FURTHER AS IT TRAVERSES RAGAY GULF AND MOVES TOWARDS SOUTHERN QUEZON Location of eye/center: At 10:45 PM today (15 July), the eye of Typhoon “GLENDA” was located based on all available data and Baler Radar Station at 65 km Southeast of Alabat, Quezon (13.6°N, 122.6°E). Strength: Maximum sustained winds of 150 kph near the center and gustiness of up to 185 kph. Movement: Forecast to move West Northwest at 19 kph. Forecast Positions: Typhoon “GLENDA” is expected to cross Metro Manila before noon tomorrow and exit the Luzon landmass via Zambales by Wednesday evening. It will be at 450 km Northwest of Sinait, Ilocos Sur or outside the Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR).
