PAL - 2 times I have bad experience with thier staff. 1. Hongkong, week end tour Saturday and Sunday round trip. Sunday we are not allowed to fly back to Manila. Our ticket is not confirmed. Monday morning in Hongkong PAL office said our round trip is confirmed flight. Tuesday we got our flight back to Manila and the damage even they don´t want to take incharge. 2. Upon confirmation in PAL office in Manila, the confirmation flight of may wife back to Germany is cancelled. The reason is wrong name spelling in the ticket. Ticket spelling is Derlita (insead of Perlita) They let us wait an hour and never do something to solve the problem instead telling to come back in other day for the result. At the same day we took a Taxi going to Hotel Intercon PAL office branch and try for another attemp of confirmation. We knew that our confirmation was just cancelled in the main PAL office. The nice lady in the PAL office branch help us and confirmed our flight. She told us there is no reason to cancel the flight just for one wrong spelling.
