PALIN PALIN, a small hill station, is located in the KURUNG KUMEY district of the ARUNACHAL PRADESH. The NYISHI tribe of ARUNACHAL PRADESH comprises the main tribe of PALIN . The hill-station is located at an average elevation of about 3540 feet .During winter it is very chilly here and summers are sizzling hot. Winds keep on blowing, and as in the case of most hill stations, PALIN too , is always covered by clouds. One of largest CATHOLIC churches of ARUNACHAL PRADESH, the HOLY ROSARY CATHOLIC CHURCH, is located at the hilltop of PALIN town.
