PANTHER was minding her own business in Rockaway Beach, NY when someone decided they didnt want her her. They put out a trap and trapped her, hauling her into ACC. PANTHER might have at one time been someones cat, or she might have grown up having to fend for herself. We may never know. What we do know is that PANTHER is on death row and if no one comes for her, will be killed. Does she deserve to die because she was fractious on her behavioral exam? We dont know what shes really like-cats labeled fractious often in a situation where they can calm down, and learn to not fear the next set of footsteps-and the smell of death-they know what awaits them-will oftimes become the best cats, ever. But this is a case of faith-without someone to save her, it is certain that tomorrow at noon PANTHER will be killed. She is only two years old-she didnt do anything to warrant death.
