PARENTS - A few reminders: 1. All FUNDRAISERS or OPT OUT fees are due tonight! This is the absolute last day to turn them in. If you have not participated in the fundraiser, you must pay the opt out fee tonight. 2. All FORMS are due TONIGHT. If you team mom has contacted you that you are missing a physical or birth certificate, they must be received by me tonight or your child will not be able to participate in practice on Monday. There is NO exception - team moms will have updated list at the beginning of practice tonight. If you have any questions, please see me tonight at practice prior to 7:00 p.m. 3. PICTURES - Pictures will be taken this Saturday, August 9th at our home field on Welty Road. Please arrive at 8:30 a.m. Pictures will begin at 9:00 a.m. Please park in the parking lot and do not drive across the field. Your patience will be greatly appreciated as there are over 210 kids in our organization this year. We will do our very best to move things along however this will take time. **COLTS FOOTBALL - will NOT have their picture taken Saturday as the jerseys have not arrived. Colts Football and any make up pictures will be taken at practice on Wednesday, August 20th at 6:00 p.m. If you are unable to attend Saturdays pictures due to vacation and will need to attend the make up day, please see me to be added to the list. 4. CHEER - If you did not picked up your package order last night, please do so tonight at the pavilion at 6:00 p.m. This will be that last night to pick them up prior to pictures on Saturday. And cheerleader who has not received a uniform will need to come to the field building tonight after practice to be fitted. Again, this is the last night prior to pictures to be fitted. 5. COLTS CHEER - Uniform hand out will be tonight, after practice, at the field building in the Board Room upstairs. Please remember to wear a cami and shorts. Thank you!
