PARISH GOT TALENT SEASON 3 MECHANICS 1. Parish Got Talent is a talent search opens to all talented parishioners within our parish jurisdiction. 2. Contestants/Performers having outsiders or not belong within our parish jurisdiction shall be limited. (e.g. 10 performers per group. It must be 7 members from MPK’s and 3 from other places). 3. They need to fill-up the application form to be given and certified by their respective MPK Coordinators. Submission of their application forms would be on their audition. Also it is downloadable on the following Face Book pages: Our Mother of Perpetual Help Quasi Parish, Sikretong Usapan, MPH Youth Ministry, MPH Youth & MPH Group. 4. As much as possible, there would be a contestant/s to represent their MPK’s. 5. There would be a registration fee amounting to Three Hundred Fifty Pesos (Php350.00) for solo/duo/group. 6. NO refundable of registration fee. 7. Audition will be held on our parish grounds. 8. Performers are required to bring their music/song in USB or Audio CD. MAXIMUM MINUTES per performer/s are as follows: (For two [2] categories) For singers – 4 minutes (one song only) For dancers - 8 minutes including remix 9. The presence of their respective MPK coordinators/managers are needed. MPK coordinators or leader of the group (dancers to be particular) can be their manager. Also managers can manage up to 2 talents except the MPK coordinator during the audition days. 10. Results will be announced after the audition itself, wherein they are qualified for Grand Finals. 11. Target number of grand finalists will be 20. 12. Parish Got Talent Seasons 1 & 2 winners/finalists are welcome to join. 13. Once the grand finalists completed, new mechanics shall apply. 14. MPK coordinators/managers of the grand finalist/s need each other’s support. They will get ticket amounting to Php20.00 each. Proceeds will go to the Parish Youth Ministry Fund, Prizes, MPK Chapels, Contestants & Parish 15. Waiver will be provided. 16. Schedule of AUDITIONS will be as follows: - August 25 after SUNDAY 6pm mass– parish grounds - August 26 @ 2:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. MONDAY – parish grounds - August 31 @ 7:00 p.m. SATURDAY – parish grounds - September 01 @ 7:00 p.m. SATURDAY – parish grounds - September 07 @ 7:00 p.m. SATURDAY – parish grounds - September 14 @ 7:00 p.m. SATURDAY – parish grounds - September 15 after SUNDAY p.m. mass – parish grounds ALSO meeting of the GRAND FINALISTS, MPK Coordinators & Managers 17. Schedule of TICKET CANVASSING will be as follows: - FIRST CANVASSING: September 21 @ 7:00 p.m. SATURDAY – parish grounds - SECOND CANVASSING: September 28 @ 7:00 p.m. SATURDAY – parish grounds - THIRD CANVASSING: October 05 @ 7:00 p.m. SATURDAY – parish grounds CRITERIA FOR JUDGING (During Audition) Only YES or NO depending on JUDGES decision PERCENTAGE of CANVASSING 70% - PARISH YOUTH MINISTRY 10 % - MPK CHAPELS 10% - CONTESTANTS 10% - PARISH TOTAL SCORE: 100% CRITERIA FOR JUDGING (The Finale Night) 40% - CANVASSED TICKETS 25% - ORIGINALITY 20% - SYNCHRONIZATION (Dancers) - HARMONY (Singers) 10% - STAGE PRESENCE 5% - COSTUME TOTAL SCORE: 100% REMINDERS during the FINALE NIGHT: MAXIMUM MINUTES PER PERFORMER/S For singers – 4 minutes (one song only) For dancers - 8 minutes including remix PRIZES at STAKE: (TOKEN, CERTIFICATE & CASH) o VOTER’S CHOICE AWARD o CONSOLATION PRIZES (Cellphone Loads) o PGT SEASON 3 GRAND WINNER - FOR SINGING CATEGORY o PGT SEASON 3 GRAND WINNER - FOR DANCING CATEGORY o PGT SEASON 3 GRAND CHAMPION
