THE DAY OF THE LORD! A Prophetic Compendium! The Purpose Of The Little Book . . . Page 61. ‘The Purpose Of The Little Book’: One of the purposes of The Little Book (Revelation 10:1-11 thru Revelation 11:1-2 and Ezekiel 2:8-10 thru Ezekiel 3:1-27) is for you, the reader, to Examine Yourself whether you be in the Faith or not. If at any point you are Offended then you need to humble and examine yourself and ask Father God Why! Don’t run from Almighty God! Run to Him and grab hold of the Horns of the Brazen, Brass Bronze Altar of Judgment and Coals of Fire and cry out to Him for ‘Mercy’ in Sackcloth and Ashes and declare a Solemn Assembly. Revelation 10:1-11 says “And I saw another mighty angel come down from heaven, clothed with a cloud: and a rainbow was upon his head, and his face was as it were the Sun, and his feet as pillars of fire: (v.2) And he had in his hand A Little Book open: and he set his right foot upon the sea, and his left foot on the earth, (v.3) And cried with a loud voice, as when a lion roareth: and when he had cried, seven thunders uttered their voices. (v.4) And when the seven thunders had uttered their voices, I was about to write: and I heard a voice from heaven saying unto me, Seal up those things which the seven thunders uttered, and write them not. (v.5) And the angel which I saw stand upon the sea and upon the earth lifted up his hand to heaven, (v.6) And sware by him that liveth forever and ever, who created heaven, and the things that therein are, and the earth, and the things that therein are, and the sea, and the things which are therein, that there should be time no longer: (v.7) But in the days of the voice of the seventh angel, when he shall begin to sound, the mystery of God should be finished, as he hath declared to his servants the prophets. (v.8) And the voice which I heard from heaven spake unto me again, and said, Go and take The Little Book which is open in the hand of the angel which standeth upon the sea and upon the earth. (v.9) And I went unto the angel, and said unto him, Give me The Little Book. And he said unto me, Take it, and eat it up; and it shall make thy belly bitter, but it shall be in thy mouth sweet as honey. (v.10) And I took The Little Book out of the angel’s hand, and ate it up; and it was in my mouth sweet as honey: and as soon as I had eaten it, my belly was bitter. (v.11) And he said unto me, Thou must prophesy again before many peoples, and nations, and tongues, and kings.” Revelation 11:1-2 says “ And there was given me a reed like unto a rod: and the angel stood, saying, Rise, and measure the temple of God, and The Altar, and them that worship therein. (v.2) But the court which is without the temple leave out, and measure it not; for it is given unto the Gentiles: and the holy city shall they tread under foot forty and two months.” Ezekiel 2:8-10 says “But thou, son of man, hear what I say unto thee; Be not thou rebellious like that rebellious house: open thy mouth, and eat that I give thee. (v.9) And when I looked, behold, an hand was sent unto me; and, lo, A Roll of a Book was therein; (v.10) And he spread it before me; and it was written within and without: and there was written therein lamentations, and mourning, and woe.” Ezekiel 3:1-3 says “Moreover he said unto me, Son of man, eat that thou findest; eat This Roll (of a Book), and go speak unto the house of Israel. (v.2) So I opened my mouth, and he caused me to eat That Roll (of a Book). (v.3) And he said unto me, Son of man, cause thy belly to eat, and fill thy bowels with This Roll (of a Book) that I give thee. Then did I eat it; and it was in my mouth as honey for sweetness.” The Little Book will help the reader, the Remnant, the chosen ones, make the transition that is recorded in Isaiah 61:2 which says, “To proclaim The Acceptable Year of the LORD, And the Day of Vengeance of our God; to comfort all that mourn;” The Day of Vengeance of our God’ is ‘The Day of the Lord’ according to Isaiah 13:1-22; Isaiah 34:8; Jeremiah 51:6-10; Joel 2:1-11; Amos 5:18-24; Zephaniah 1:14-18; Luke 21:5-36 Key Verse 22; II Thessalonians 1:6-10 Key Verse 8; Revelation 1:10-19; and Revelation 6:12-17 among other scripture references. The Book of ‘The Apocalypse of Jesus Christ’ is ‘The Day of the Lord’ and ‘The Day of Vengeance of our God’ and ‘The Wrath of the Lamb’ revealed against all ungodliness, all rolled into one. It begins with the Lord Jesus Christ and it ends with the Lord Jesus Christ and the pace is set in Revelation 1:10-19. A-men! So Let It Be Written! So Let It Be Done! Many years ago the Lord spoke to me and said, “Son, a Distant Thunder doesn’t always stay a Distant Thunder forever. One day it must come to pass and manifest itself.” The ‘Thunder’ is Father God speaking. The ‘Thunder’ is God’s voice. The ‘Thunder’ is God’s Word which are ‘The 7 Words’ of ‘The 7 Thunders’ recorded in Revelation 10:1-4. The 7 Thunders are The 7 Spirits of God! The Lord Jesus Christ confirmed it in John 12:28-32. The Shofar or Trumpet of God is also the Voice of God speaking which we will also cover in The Little Book! Can The Book of Revelation be understood? The answer is Yes! Read Revelation 1:1-3 and ‘Bind’ these written scriptures to your heart, soul, mind and spirit and ask Father God to hang onto you for the ride of your life! (Refer: Matthew 16:19 and Matthew 18:18). Revelation 1:1-3 says “The Revelation of Jesus Christ, which God gave unto him, to shew unto his servants things which must shortly come to pass; and he sent and signified it by his Angel unto his servant John: (v.2) Who bare record of the Word of God, and of the Testimony of Jesus Christ, and of all things that he saw. (v.3) Blessed is he that readeth, and they that hear the words of this prophecy, and keep those things which are written therein: for The Time is at Hand.” The critical path of The Little Book takes a sharp and un-repenting turn and makes the transition in Isaiah 61:1-2; Luke 4:14-21; Luke 21:22; II Thessalonians 1:8; Revelation 1:10 and Revelation 6:12-17. Quite simply, for the past 2,000 years since our Lord and Master Jesus Christ first entered the world, there has been a ‘Time of Harvest’. The Lord spoke to me many years ago and said, “Son, every generation has a time of harvest and then comes the ‘End Time’ Harvest, the End of the World (Matthew 13:30; Matthew 13:38-43 and Matthew 13:49-52)!” In Luke 4:19-20 Jesus stopped reading Isaiah 61:2 at “to preach the acceptable year of the Lord” and He closed the book of Isaiah and sat down. Why? This was the age of his ‘Priesthood’! The ‘Day of Vengeance’ is the age of his ‘Kingship and Judgment’! The answer is that for 2,000 years Father God determined a ‘time line’ for a ‘Time of Harvest’ in the earth called ‘The Church Age’ during his Priesthood until the ‘Mystery’ in Revelation 10:7; I Corinthians 15:22-28 and Ephesians 1:9-13 was fulfilled. His 1st Coming was fulfilling his Priesthood. His 2nd Coming will be fulfilling his Kingship as Judge and Sovereign Lord! ‘A Vacancy In Heaven’: Since Satan who is Lucifer and 1/3 of the angels in heaven fell from Grace in Revelation 12:3-4 there has been a ‘Vacancy in Heaven’ and Father God has been filling that vacancy with the Redeemed Saints for 2,000 years. Makes sense? Jesus came to seek and save that which was lost according to Matthew 18:1-14 Key Verse 11; John 17:1-12 and Ephesians 1:3-7. At the end of the Harvest ‘The Day of Vengeance of our God’ in the earth will come according to Isaiah 61:2-11 and ‘The Day of Judgment’ according to Revelation 20:10-15 and then the manifestation of The Kingdom of God ruling and reigning for a thousand years which is Revelation 20:6 and The Holy City, The New Jerusalem, coming down from God out of heaven prepared as a Bride adorned for her Husband in Revelation 21:1-10. (Refer: Acts 7:44-53). ‘I Am Not A Dispensationalist’: The Lord also wants me to state that there is No Break between His 1st Coming and His 2nd Coming into the earth which some Biblical Theologians call ‘The 1st Dispensation’ and ‘The 2nd Dispensation’ of our Lord Jesus Christ! I do use that analogy in The Little Book only for the sole purpose of explaining the Transition as to why our Lord Jesus Christ didn’t come ‘first’ as ‘Supreme Judge’ during his initial Advent into the earth. A-men? Stay with me! The Little Book is tempered and balanced with Almighty God’s Life, Light, Love, Mercy, Grace and Fruit of the Spirit in addition to Vengeance, Justice, Holiness and the Righteous Judgment of Father God explaining The Day of the Lord and The Day of Vengeance of the Lord! I Corinthians 13:9-12 says “For we know in part, and we prophesy in part. (v.10) But when that which is perfect is come, then that which is in part shall be done away. (v.11) When I was a child, I spake as a child, I understood as a child, I thought as a child: but when I became a man, I put away childish things. (v.12) For now we see through a glass, darkly; but then Face to Face: now I know in part; but then shall I know even as also I am known.” Wednesday, 24 December 2008 @ 1146 hrs. For the word of the Holy One of Israel came unto me saying, “Son, my Angel shall go before you and will bring you into the place I have prepared for you.” The Lord also revealed to me that the same Angel, in whom is Father God’s Name and Presence, will also go before me to prepare the way for The Little Book! Exodus 23:14-28 says “Three times thou shalt keep a feast unto me in the year. (v.15) Thou shalt keep The Feast of Unleavened Bread (Exodus 12:3-27 Passover): (thou shalt eat unleavened bread seven days, as I commanded thee, in the time appointed of the month Abib; for in it thou camest out from Egypt: and none shall appear before me empty:) (v.16) And The Feast of Harvest (Matthew 13:30, 38-43, 49-52), The Firstfruits (Ruth 1:22; 2:23-Barley) of thy labours, which thou hast sown in the field: and The Feast of Ingathering (Revelation 14:12-25 Pentecost), which is in the end of the year, when thou hast gathered in thy labours out of the field. (v.17) Three times in the year all thy males shall appear before the Lord GOD. (v.18) Thou shalt not offer the blood of my sacrifice with leavened bread; neither shall the fat of my sacrifice remain until the morning. (v.19) The First (one handful Barley ‘Waved’) of the Firstfruits of thy land thou shalt bring into the house of the LORD thy God. Thou shalt not seethe a kid in his mothers milk. (v.20) Behold, I send an Angel before thee, to keep thee in the way, and to bring thee into the place which I have prepared. (v.21) Beware of him, and obey his voice, provoke him not; for he will not pardon your transgressions: for My Name is in Him (Revelation 3:12 and Revelation 19:11-16). (v.22) But if thou shalt indeed obey his voice, and do all that I speak; then I will be an enemy unto thine enemies, and an adversary unto thine adversaries. (v.23) For Mine Angel shall go before thee, and bring thee in unto the Amorites, and the Hittites, and the Perizzites, and the Canaanites, the Hivites, and the Jebusites: and I will cut them off. (v.24) Thou shalt not bow down to their gods, nor serve them, nor do after their works: but thou shalt utterly overthrow them, and quite break down their images. (v.25) And ye shall serve the LORD your God, and he shall bless thy bread, and thy water; and I will take sickness away from the midst of thee. (v.26) There shall nothing cast their young, nor be barren, in thy land: the number of thy days I will fulfil. (v.27) I will send my fear before thee, and will destroy all the people to whom thou shalt come, and I will make all thine enemies turn their backs unto thee. (v.28) And I will send hornets before thee, which shall drive out the Hivite, the Canaanite, and the Hittite, from before thee.” II Peter 1:19-21 says “We have also a more sure word of prophecy; whereunto ye do well that ye take heed, as unto a light that shineth in a dark place, until the day dawn, and the day star arise in your hearts: (v.20) Knowing this first, that no prophecy of the scripture is of any private interpretation. (v.21) For the prophecy came not in old time by the will of man: but holy men of God spake as they were moved by the Holy Ghost.” In defense of the faith in contrast to pagan and false prophets I am penning (Psalm 45:1) the written and prophetic Revelation Gifts of the word of knowledge, word of wisdom, the discerning of spirits and the gift of the word of prophecy. (Refer: I Corinthians 2:10-16; I Corinthians 12:4-11; I Corinthians 15:21-28; II Corinthians 11:13-15; Ephesians 1:9-10; Revelation 10:7-11 and Revelation 11:15). All written scriptures are quoted from The King James Version of Holy Writ (KJV). The Lord (as the Author and Creator) and I (as the co-Author and co-Creator with Father God and as an ‘adopted’ son of God) have chosen The King James Version of Holy Writ for no other reason than that it is the closest translation to the Original O.T. Hebrew/Chaldean and N.T. Greek Texts in which the Original Scriptures in The Old & New Testaments were written unlike all the New ‘Conservative Liberal’ Translation Bibles today that have watered down the original O.T. Hebrew/Chaldean & N.T. Greek Texts, which read like ‘Blue John Milk’ (watered down, colored water, ‘Skim Milk’ with everything taken out and no nutrition or Life in it). God help us! If you don’t own The King James Version of The Holy Bible then I suggest you get one because all the scriptures quoted in The Little Book are in the KJV! There is no compromise! The LORD sets the pace by establishing the ground rules of The Little Book! The Little Book is Not for the weak and faint hearted but it is for those who are seeking The Uncompromising Truth of the written and prophetic word of God for these End of Days! It’s one thing to be ‘offended’ by a man but it’s altogether different to be ‘offended’ by GOD’s Word as it is set forth in Matthew 13:18-23 Key Verse 21. Habakkuk 2:1-3 says “I will stand upon my watch, and set me upon the tower, and will watch to see what He will say unto me, and what I shall answer when I am reproved. (v.2) And the LORD answered me, and said, Write the vision, and make it plain upon tables, that he may run that readeth it. (v.3) For the vision is yet for an appointed time, but at the end (of days) it shall speak, and not lie: though it tarry, wait for it; because it will surely come, it will not tarry.” Isaiah 55:6-11 says “Seek ye the LORD while he may be found, call ye upon him while he is near: (v.7) Let the wicked forsake his way, and the unrighteous man his thoughts: and let him return unto the LORD, and he will have mercy upon him; and to our God, for he will abundantly pardon. (v.8) For my thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways my ways, saith the LORD. (v.9) For as the heavens are higher than the earth, so are my ways higher than your ways, and my thoughts than your thoughts. (v.10) For as the rain cometh down, and the snow from heaven, and returneth not thither, but watereth the earth, and maketh it bring forth and bud, that it may give seed to the sower, and bread to the eater: (v.11) So shall my word be that goeth forth out of my mouth: it shall not return unto me void, but it shall accomplish that which I please, and it shall prosper in the thing whereto I sent it.” Isaiah 14:24 says “The LORD of hosts hath sworn, saying, Surely as I have ‘thought’ (in My Mind-the Mind of Christ), so shall it come to pass; and as I have purposed, so shall it stand:” Isaiah 44:24-26 says “Thus saith the LORD, thy redeemer, and he that formed thee from the womb, I am the LORD that maketh all things; that stretcheth forth the heavens alone; that spreadeth abroad the earth by myself; (v.25) That frustrateth the tokens of the liars, and maketh diviners mad; that turneth wise men backward, and maketh their knowledge foolish; (v.26) That confirmeth the word of his servant, and performeth (to execute and complete) the counsel of his messengers; that saith to Jerusalem, Thou shalt be inhabited; and to the cities of Judah, Ye shall be built, and I will raise up the decayed places thereof:” The Lord and I want to admonish the reader that at anytime you come to a ‘mental block’ in understanding the content of The Little Book, and find “some things hard to be understood”, then please just ‘Put it on the shelf’ and pray for the Holy Spirit to give you understanding according to John 16:7-15 and I John 2:27.
