PART 2. THE FUNNIEST TOUCHING CHILDHOOD JOURNEY I TRAVELLED TO MOMBASA TOGETHER WITH MY LITTLE COUSIN. The moment my eyes come in contact with the eyes of my father inside the bus, i saw my father and his Bodaboda operator who were pushing side ways the Adhomeys who were standing inside the bus clearing their way to back seats where i was sitting together with my little cousin. I started shivering like 4 year old boy suffering from strong Malaria. My little cousin sensed something must be wrong with me and he asked. What is wrong with you..? I never uttered any word but my eyes were directly focused on the front bench of the moving bus. He also tried to join my eyes and started looking infront too. But to his wonders what he saw were not favouring. His fierced uncle together with adhomey were on their way to where we were sitting. My little innocent cousin was frightened and told me to hide and lie down the seats like a sack of maize owned by Mama Xawo transported from Kambi coos. I never did that but waited to recieve the slaps and the grabbing of my energetic father. My father immediately reached to where i was sitting and hold my hands saying Soo kac hadii lagu hele waa Kheyr and he leave my little cousin because he was permitted by parents to travel. I never recieved any slap from my gigantic father. I started struggling to take my paper bag and i got it followed my father helplessly and since the Adhomeys got avacant seat i heard them yelling like Rudisha yeye.. Ametoroka Babayake..? Shukisha yeye which discouraged me alot. The moving bus immediately stopped and me, my father together with the bodaboda operator alighted from the bus and the bus speed away heading to Mombasa and carrying my little cousin. I was demoralized then my father told me that the Bodaboda operator is a Police man identified as Askari, the innocent motorist started pretending to be Askari and i feared the word Askari alot so i run for my dear life upto where Bodaboda was left. We reached the Bodaboda place and we aboarded as we headed to Bura to join my mother and the Helux. We arrived Bura and one time my eyes captured the attractive white Helux owned by the family inside the Helux was my mother. I wondered how awhole family starts running after me to prevent me from entering the big city Mombasa. I came to where my mother with other women folks from Bura were sitting and they were like Alxamdulillah hadii la hele waa kheyr i was much thinking since those days i was not engaged or know more about something called STRESS. My mother started pleasing me in Bura but i was much dissappointed and afew minute later we drove back to Garissa. Around 1:00 pm we reached Garissa bridge and we were able to reach home. When we reach the home that i departed from morning for enjoyment family members like my elder brother and my sisters started congratulating my father that he did a good job and he come back with a victory. My father started teasing on me with some funny clause and started joining the happiness within the family. I started mourning privately at around 5:00 pm i called my little cousin to ask whether he arrived the beautiful city. He told me he reached the place and he is now at Halima Bare family home located in Bondeni. I was much dissappointed that i wished i could be having wings so that i will fly upto Mombasa and land in Bondeni. I was much stressed when he told me one morning that he was heading to the beach with Halima Bare family to enjoy the sea breeze and some swimming moments with the salty wate of Indian Ocean. Halima Bare, my female cousin heard of my story and she send me some condelences. Halima Bare was much dissappointed and she one hand laughed and on the other hand discourage my father to do such things another time. I recieved the condelences of Halima Bare and mourned for some days as if someone died from the family. I thought of how i will reach there one day to join my two able cousins and enjoy that climate and witness the drawings i saw from the book. Since my ticket went lost i told my father to give me sh 800 to return my mobile phone of which i sold it to acquire that ticket. He consulted with my innocent mother and she told my dad to give me the money so that i return my sold mobile phone. And he agreed while still having some doubts in giving out the money. I recieved 800 kenya shilling note in ahappy mood, it is now past aweek that my little cousin is enjoying in Mombasa the big city while am in the mood of mourning in Garissa. What have i done with that sh. 800 that i was given...? Stay tunned and be focused in Part 3 of this article.
