PART 3: NDESHY’S STORY; A UNAM STUDENT With thoughts of getting the police involved, Ndeshy was awake at six oclock in the morning, which isnt surprising. Teddy did not allow her to get up at that hour, so Ndehsy had to control her curiosity until quarter to seven. However, Ndeshy couldnt wait any longer, she went to the bathroom, took a cold shower went to the dining-room, and had breakfast. After all she walked to the road and took a taxi to the police station. ♣♣ On her arrival at the station, Ndeshy was so confused not knowing how to start with her statement, few seconds passed and she started explaining to the officers. “My boyfriend really shows a different side of our relationship, I am pregnant with his baby and he wants me to get rid of it…… >>Ndeshy gave a report on everything including the abuse she is going through. While busy giving her statement there had already been three missed calls made to Ndeshy’s phone from Teddy. ☼ Φ Having spent hours at the police station, Ndeshy accompanied by two police officers drove off to her place. For a few minutes the police arrived, they found Teddy closing the house door which Ndeshy left open when she left in the morning. Out of surprise Ndeshy pops in with a white-male police officer and a dark police women.♠ ♠ They ordered Teddy to sit and …….“(You have the right to remain silent, anything you say can and will be used against you in the court of law. You have the right to an attorney. If you cannot afford an attorney, one will be provided for you: Do you understand the rights I have just said to you? With these rights in mind do you wish to speak to me)” Says one of the police officer…… “Yes your honor!” Says Teddy♣♣ Teddy was ordered to give his statement after the police read Ndeshy’s statement to him. While Teddy was busy with his statement, Ndeshy was sited staring with tears in her face with so many thoughts on her mind. ΦΦ .͚ ͚ ͚ The officers examined the issue and they have realized it’s all because of the girl that Teddy is seeing and the fact that Teddy is not ready to be a father. The Dark officer stood and says listen “Your behavior is embarrassing, you are a man …be a man, Teddy men treat women with respect, I am giving you this opportunity to fix your relationship and do it for you and your baby mama.► “Yes your honor” says Teddy… “Now shake hands and give her a kiss, a warm hug and promise you won’t hurt her again” Says the officer. ♂♀ ☺Ndeshy smiling and happy for a few minutes, ♥♥ (unsure of what Teddy will do after the departure of the officers). Good day and be well says the officers.○••• Later that night, Nelao came to their house around 10pm and asked Ndeshy what she was doing outside that late… “Well I’m just counting the stars trying to pick the right one for my baby” says Ndeshy. Wow!!! That’s so sweet of you, I can tell you guys are happy together. …Nelao went in the house greeted Teddy and left later after an hour. ʚʚʚʚ ͤ ͤ ͤƐ Few months passed…..Ndeshy’s tummy got larger and all was good and the month of labor was nearing. Surely the following month they will be expecting to hold Faith in their arms and Ndeshy couldn’t wait. (Y) (Y)
