PART II We have The new Ebola scare. Schools closing in Dallas, Tx HAZMAT suits being sold fot Halloween are flying off the shelves..not for the holiday, but because people are scared. News reports that Ebola is being spread all over due to serious, criminal negligence by health workers themselves! Such as the nurse who boarded a cruise ship, and another boarding a plane to Ohio. The CDC allowing over 100 people to SELF monitor that had contact with patient zero. Self monitoring! and yet,..we keep on keeping on. Focused on our own daily lives, paying the bills, putting food on the table, etc. And while I agree these things are necessary I also believe there comes a time when we need to look outside our selves and begin to do something about the environment around us. Another words, begin dealing with something larger and more noble than ourselves. I have no idea at this point in time what I will do. I am however considering the options. Educating myself. And also mourning for the generations that come after me. Such as my grandson. This horrible legacy of national debt that can not be paid back. The unstable job markets, the higher and higher cost of living that we must borrow in order to simply survive. I found a film by accident today, that speaks directly to our social issues. Even did some research to see if the folks named in the film really are who they say are. And as it turns out, they are legit. The film is titled the Four Horsemen. And before you bristle thinking this is a christian film I am here to tell you that it is not. It is a film about why our global situation is the way that it is, and goes right down to our everyday lives. It addresses not just the problem but even offer solutions.
