The reunion of El Rancho Hotel is a failure, a political and diplomatic catastrophe because it excludes the effective leaders of the Haitian popular masses to be part of the process. Therefore the application of the article 12 of that agreement fails to represent a full spectrum of the political actors of that pre-electoral crisis. Again El Rancho accord is not an option for now that could objectively lead to the resolution of that conflictual situation. And for the best wishing the interests of the Nation it would be more appropriate to apply the 289 article of the Haitian Constitution of March1987 designed to respond to an the emergency causing by absence of a trustful permanent electoral council to organize freely, honestly and democratically elections. We the Haitian people want Freedom, Justice and Democracy not a Tyranny setting-up by a minority group of the economic elite which use our Police Force, the National Intelligence Service and our taxes money to oppress the citizens in order to succeed in the perpetration of the Statu quo that alienate the poor’s and the Haitian middle class. As we know a wrong Electoral Council, Money and Power constitute a threat to political equality of the citizens before the law in time of electoral competition. The Regime of Martelly/ Lamothe must comply and listen to what the Haitian people themselves tell them to do right now for their wellbeing associate to that democratic process.
