PASSING JUDGEMENT Two little students stole fruits from the school orchard. One stole orange and the other, a coconut. Afterward both became remorseful and went to a priest for confession. The boy with the orange went first and was told by the priest, as his penance, to eat the orange without peeling the back. As he was about to leave, he saw his friend coming. Then he turned and told the priest that his friend stole a coconut. By this singular act, he has passed judgment upon his friend instead of allowing the priest to do so. Many times, friends, we tend to judge people actions without allowing God to do so. Brethren, check yourself next time when you want to pass judgment on some one. Lets ask ourselves, ‘are we better than those we condemn or judge?’ ..........................................by Fr Felix.
