PAST LIVES If you want to know about any of your past lives, tell your guides, give them a chance to consider this and then meditate with the INTENTION to view a past life scene. Quite often we will have a strong interest in a certain culture, way of dress, specific foods, that we can assume we have had an enjoyable life within this culture. On the other hand, if we fear or strongly dislike a certain culture, period of time, we may find we had a very unhappy past life regarding this. Do YOU have a fascination with a particular culture? Our dislikes, fears and phobias may be connected to a past life incident!! Meditate to learn if they are. At least if you can make a connection to a past life, you may be better able to understand why you dislike or fear something n thereby it may help you to deal with it now. Many people may have fallen to their death in a past life, hence why they fear heights now. Or you may have experienced spiders crawling all over you, or been bitten by a snake, tortured by use of injections, hung, been burnt at the stake as a witch in times past, or even attacked by birds flying at you - all of these things, and more, can have a serious affect on your present life now. To have things like this revealed to you, it MAY help you to face n handle your fears in your present life. At the least, you will know the reason why you are scared, n affected now! Crystals that I recommend may help you connect to a Past Life are: PETRIFIED WOOD, AMBER, FOSSILS, MARIUM, OTHOCEROS, TO NAME A FEW. Hold one of them whilst you meditate with the intention of viewing a past life scene. And remember, if what you see in your meditation upsets you, its in the past, it cannot harm you now. On a positive note, it is possible to meditate or to visualize, all of your past life abilities coming to you n joining with the you of NOW.
