PASTA SALAD: Throw some cooked pasta into a bowl. I use rice pasta, as its easier to digest than wheat. Add chopped red and green capsicum, chopped spring onions, and sliced mushrooms. For the dressing: combine low-fat Greek yoghurt, with a drizzle of cider vinegar, and a teaspoon of your choice of natural sweetener. Mix through pasta salad. Remember to watch your serving size, and have some form of protein with a carb.
