PAT SILVER JUBILEE AND SPEECH OF DR. TUQ : Addressing to thousands of workers gathering in MOCHI GATE LAHORE and hundreds of other cities Dr. TUQ announced to return to Pakistan and lead for public revaluation in July 2014. He further announced to form a National Council of Democratic Reforms consisting on highly educated, experts, professionals and technocrat to overhaul so called failed system benefitting few families for decades. Overseas Pakistanis appreciate his decision and believe he is on right direction and his decision to include such peoples from grass route level for devolution of power is real substitute of local bodies system according to the spirit of constitution which all democratic parties in Pakistan have been refusing to hold for the last 6 years. The similar system with some addition is enforced and running successfully in UK and Europe. I personally believe peoples of Pakistan are convinced with the reform agenda suggested by Dr. TUQ .
