DAYRIT the MSSP scholarship approved Absent a ‘NO’ vote on the motion and given that the voting on the motion by the MSSP Scholarship Committee ended on July 31, 2014, the motion is hereby declared adopted and approved. Therefore, PNUGAA will grant PATRICIA ANNE F. DAYRIT the MSSP scholarship starting the first semester of school-year 2014-15. Under the terms of the motion, as modified, by the PNUGAA president, the MSSP scholarship grant for Patricia Anne is subject to the following conditions: 1) Start of scholarship: Second semester, school-year 2014-15. (PNU is on a trimester schedule starting SY2014-15). 2) Amount of scholarship per semester: Php6,000.00 (or a total of Php18,000 or approximately $200.00 a year). 3) Funding source: Available and standing MSSP scholarship fund (but PNUGAA continues to look for a private sponsor for Patricia Anne). ● Aside. Your MSSP scholarship starts during the second semester, school-year 2014-15, and it amounts to Php 6,000.00 per semester. (PNU is on a trimester schedule starting school-year 14-15). I will advise you when your grant is available for your pick-up in Metro Manila. PNUGAA assumes that you have read the MSSP guidelines which are documented in the MSSP scholarship application form. Make sure you fully understand those guidelines. The status and continuance of your scholarship depend on your compliance. As a college scholar of MSSP, you are expected to comply in good faith with the MSSP scholarship guidelines that include the following requirements: • Send via email (freddie_tesalona@yahoo) or Facebook a copy of your college registration & enrollment form showing the subject load and tuition payment. The MSSP scholarship program administrator will forward those documents, including your grades, to the MSSP scholarship committee. • At the end of every term or semester, send via email (freddie_tesalona@yahoo) or Facebook a copy of your grades. • Focus and strive to do good in your studies, not drop out of college or receive a failing grade in any subject. • Strive to engage in positive volunteer service in campus, and after youve gained a measure of financial capability after college graduation, make a good faith effort to help the less fortunate, preferably as a sponsor of a deserving PNU college scholar. • Request for the renewal of your scholarship every term or semester.
