PATRIOT GAMES UPDATES! We are less then one week away from RAW TRAININGS PATRIOT GAMES 2014. We are very excited to bring the Crossfit Community together for a day of Fitness, Fun and honor our Armed Forces on National Armed Forces Day. Wods will be announced this Wednesday by Noon. We want to thank our RAW clients and the surrounding Crossfit Community for supporting our event again this year. There are 40 teams participating this year. We have increased our prize money from last year. 1st place $500.00 2nd place $400 and 3rd $300.00.. CHA-CHING!
