PAUSED SQUATS. These bad boys are a sure way to fire some stimulation in your legs. Go heavy, hold a 3 second pause at the bottom, power up as hard as you can. POINTS OF EMPHASIS GET DEEP. Get as low as you can. If you stay in the top half of squats (ass inline with knees) you are predominantly working your quads. Get a bit deeper and say hello to your hamstrings and glutes.
