PAWLA’S POOCH PAD Home from Home for your dog All the dogs we take care of sleep in our home, we do not take dogs that are exclusively kenneled outside. If you are going on Holidays or if your work takes you away from your pet for a long day then leave your dog at Pawlas Pooch Pad with the knowledge that your dogs needs will come first. Whether its for a few hours or the entire working day, one day a week or every day, never again will you have to leave your dog home alone. Instead we will entertain and fuss over them until you are ready to collect a tired, happy dog that cant wait for his or her next visit to Pawla’s Pooch Pad. Meet and Greet All dog owners must bring their pet for a visit prior to their holidays or starting day care so that the dog can familiarise themselves with our home, it greatly helps them settle in and it allows us to access how well they interact with other dogs. It also gives you the opportunity to see where your dog will be spending his holidays. Aggressive dogs, overly anxious dogs, dogs that don’t like strangers, dogs that bark a lot, dogs who are not toilet trained may not be suitable for Pawla’s Pooch Pad. Deposit A non refundable deposit of 30% of total amount is payable at time of booking. Vaccinations All dogs are required to have up to date vaccinations, including Kennel Cough. Kennel Cough vaccination must be administered at least a week before your dog comes to stay. Please ensure that you dog is up to date with worming and flea treatment. Neutering/Spaying All dogs over the age of 10 months attending day care or staying over-night in Pawla’s must be neutered/spayed. Feeding Dogs are fed with their own food and with the same routine as your home as this helps them settle in.
