PCRAi is a non-profit, non-denominational, non-political INCLUSIVE and EGALITARAIN organization with a MISSION to REVITALIZE the ROTC Program and to ADVOCATE for the AMENDMENT of the NSTP Law into two (2) components: Military Training Service and Disaster Training Service. We will not subvert nor surpass the existing organizational structure of ROTC Units, AFPRESCOM, ARESCOM, PAFRESCOM, and NAVRESCOM but rather SUPPLEMENT it with an ALL-VOLUNTEER CIVILIAN FORCE ready to mobilize as First Responders to Disaster and other Emergencies. By ROTC Associations, we mean to include INSTITUTIONAL Membership (either existing ROTC Units or Alumni Associations), GROUP Membership (15 or more individuals banding together as a group since they dont have an existing ROTC Alumni Association or their ROTC Unit has been disbanded) or INDIVIDUAL Membership (either they are currently ROTC Officers or Cadets/Cadettes, Basic & Advanced Graduates, AFP/PNP Regular Officers or Servicemen and Reservists (Active or Inactive), and Civilians (Advocates, Supporters or Enthusiasts) in all seventeen (17) Philippine Regions nationwide and worldwide where there are Overseas Filipinos (whether Immigrants, Dual Citizens or Workers). PCRAi was formally organized on the ground from the virtual ROTC Ako Galing FB Group page and we are currently building our ORGANIZATIONAL structure, establishing PROTOCOLS and partnering with various civic, government and military organizations to further our ADVOCACY. Currently our SEC Registration is IN PROCESS.
