PDP Chieftain in Kogi State, Alhaji Abubakar Rajab has called on the PDP members in the State to shun any form of crisis in the interest of peace, unity and development of the party in Kogi State. Alhaji Rajab who made the call in a statement in Abuja urged PDP members in Kogi state to always see themselves as partners in progress aimed at moving the party to a greater heights. He said” now that the case between Idris Wada and Jibrin Isah Echocho is before the apex court, members of our great party should remain united with a view to letting the justice prevail on the matter” Alhaji Rajab reminded the people of Kogi State to note that they don’t have any other state but Kogi, they should always put the interest of the state above their personal interest for the progress and development of the state. He appealed to religious leaders and traditional rulers to propagate the gospel of peace to their followers saying that this gesture would greatly help toward achieving peace and stability not only in Kogi but Nigeria as a whole. Alhaji Rajab Congratulated the Muslim Ummah on moulud period and urged them to use the season to pray for unity and development of the country.
