PDP LAUNCHES OFFICIAL WEBSITE , ONLINE MEMBERSHIP DRIVE... **************** Srinagar, July 20: The Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) Sunday launched its updated version of official website and online membership drive. The website was launched by the party president, Mehbooba Mufti, at a function held at her official Gupkar residence, a party Spokesman said. Senior party leaders, Syed Mohammad Altaf Bukhari, candidate from Amira Kadal segment; Naeem Akhtar, Chief Spokesperson; Peerzada Mansoor Hussain, MLA; Dr Haseeb Drabu; Waheed-ur-Rehman Parra, youth wing president, were also present on the occasion. According to the Spokesman, the main feature of the website is that it is responsive mobile compatible. The party has announced two ways of online membership drive on the occasion: A person who visits the website can register himself by filling up an online registration form; or he/she can give a miss call on a toll free number 09018811786 to get him/herself registered, the Spokesman added. He said the person who will get registered will be tracked back and networked with the party fold, and will be updated with all information about the party’s policies and programmes.
