PDP National Secretariat sets up body to woo voters, says Coordinator We thought TAN has already secured the signatures and approval of more than 70 millions Nigerians who are prepared to commit suicide if Mr Jonathan does not re-contest and win the elections? We thought the PDP and Presidency has conducted its polls and the approval rating of Mr Jonathan is slightly above 71%. So why waste resources anymore, when the budgets expended on TAN and PDP rallies are more than the one ` eye marked` for education and health in Nigeria? There are over 70 000 pro Jonathan support groups and movements more than the total number of local government , tertiary educational institutions and registered churches combined in Nigeria, Is this group going to change the strategy? Supporters of Mr Jonathan are noted for arrogance, abusing and insulting those with discerning views, political equalisation. When you asked them to enumerate Jonathan`s achievements, their responses are usually infantile, ridiculous and absurd . They will simply say that; Mr Jonathan has performed more than any other president in the History of Nigeria. Some will even ask you to rather tell them what Leaders in the North did for Nigeria. They make others feel that; the development and economic history of Nigeria started in 2010 and will end when Mr Jonathan leaves. They will end up not telling you one concrete thing he did for Nigeria. They keep using these irritating and ludicrous phrase `the man is trying but some people do not want him to succeed? Who are these people who are not making.Mr Jonathan to succeed? They will tell you some people made statements before the elections. How many statements did people make before the civil war or during the time and reign of Gowon, Muritala, Buhari ,Obasanjo, Abacha etc. Did it stopped them from executing their agenda? How many statements did people make against Adams, Fashola , Akpbabio, Nuhu, El Rufia Did it stopped them from performing? The question one would always ask, is there any country in this world, were there is no opposition or critics even at the Vatican? Is it only in Nigeria where we have a multi ethnic and religious configuration? Are they no moslems in Ghana, South Afri, Kenya, USA, France, Britain China etc? How can a govt that controls both the legistature and executive at both state and Federal , and runs a full PDP govt, controls all the vital organs of govt complain of being sabotaged or distracted? If the military regime could build 4 refineries, float Nigeria airways, transform Lagos into a modern city, build abuja, floated all the second generation universities in Nigeria, build the dams and virtually all the express ways and kept Nigeria safe and in tact. What has GEJ achieve for 6 years? someone should name just ONE .
