PDP announces fourth list of candidates; Constitutes campaign committee for forthcoming assembly elections Srinagar, 21 July: Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) Monday constituted a campaign committee for the coming elections to the State Assembly. The decision was taken at the meeting of partys Political Affairs Committee (PAC) held under the chairmanship of Mufti Mohammad Sayeed. Members of the committee are: Muzaffar Hussain Baig chairman, Tariq Hameed Kara, S Rangeel Singh, Haseeb Drabu , Rafeeq Hussain Khan, AR Veeri, Naeem Akhtar, Zaffar Manhas, Firdous Tak, Those who attended the meeting apart from party president Mehbooba Mufti included Muzaffar Hussain Baig, Tariq Hameed Karra, S Rangeel Singh, Mohammad Dilawar Mir, S Rafeeq Hussain Khan, Yashpal Sharma, Syed Altaf Bukhari, Haseeb Drabu and S Tarlok Singh Bajwa, Naeem Akhtar.The committee has been tasked to prepare a draft manifesto for the party for approval after consultations. The party also announced mandates for four more constituencies. They are: Handwara: G M Sofi Vijaypur: Dr Harmesh Salathia Jammu West: Daman Bhasin Mahore: Shafiqurrehman List of nominations for other constituencies will follow soon.
