UPDATE WITH VIDEO: Jared Marcum, the 14-year-old at the center of the "T-shirt Control Controversy" was back in court this morning after the prosecution filed an emergency gag order petition. This would bar Jared, his family and his lawyer from sharing their story with the press. Charlo Greene, on behalf of WOWK, attempted to file a motion to intervene but instead, she was thrown out of the courthouse and threatened with arrest and the same charge that Jared is now facing, obstruction.
