PEAS recently celebrated the opening of our second school in Zambia, Kawama Secondary School, which was officially opened by Zambias Deputy Minister of Education Mr. Patrick Ngoma. With 360 students currently enrolled at Kawama, the launch event was attended by proud parents, but also government officials, local community stakeholders and a number of journalists. All of our guests were treated to entertainment from PEAS students, who performed songs, poems and traditional dances. The event was a great success and we look forward to seeing how the students at Kawama get on throughout the year, as well as other exciting Zambian developments.
