PECAN PICK - UPS CRUST: 1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese 1/2 c. butter 1 c. flour Mix until smooth. Makes 24 balls and chill in refrigerator about 20 minutes. Place balls in tiny size muffin pans and press firmly with fingers around sides and bottom to form shells. FILLING: 3/4 c. brown sugar 1 tsp. vanilla 1 tbsp. butter, melted 1 egg 1/2 c. pecans, chopped Mix well. Put 1 teaspoon filling in each shell. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Wait several hours for pick-ups to thoroughly cool before removing from pan.
