PEEPING TOM - SAFETY ALERT!! With the permission of a friend, I am sharing her VERY scary story of what happened to her a couple of days ago. In the early morning hours around 6:30 am (still dark outside) she had just gotten out of the shower and was about to get dressed for the day. Her master bathroom window is one that many of us have, you know the lightly frosted kind where you cant see much, but you can still see the silhouette... Anyway, she noticed her cat was acting strangely and looking at the window, almost alerting to it. She turns to see what has her cats attention and finds a MANS FACE pressed up against the window!! This is where it gets a little scary... She runs over to the window and starts banging on it screaming get out, get out, get out! You would think he would run away because he was caught. Not this guy... HE STAYED RIGHT THERE AND DIDNT MOVE!!! She then runs out of the bathroom and screams as loud as she possibly can. It was only at that moment he finally left. Scary right? She runs into her daughters room hysterical and tells her daughter to call 911... Shes screaming in the background and her daughter in the midst of the chaos told the 911 operator that the guy is in the house.. You would expect to hear sirens coming to your rescue and save the day. Nope, not even close. Her husband actually beat the cops there! What did the police do when they arrived 8 minutes later? A big fat NOTHING!! They searched the area and of course didnt find anything. No perimeter search, no print search on the window, no canvasing the neighborhood to see if anybody saw a suspicious person walking around... NOTHING!!! Can you imagine how you would feel if this was you? • Victimized • Vulnerable • Scared • Helpless • Angry The list goes on.... Ladies its up to YOU to learn how to protect yourself and your family..... NOT your husband, your brother, your neighbor or the cops.... None of these people will be able to be there help you in time. You are the first line of defense, and criminals prey on the defenseless!! If you do anything, do something to help protect yourself and your family. Obtain the knowledge and training you need to gain the upper hand if in the unfortunate circumstance you might have to take action you are prepared. ~ Natalie
