[PEPPER SPRAY SURELY HELPS IN ROAD RAGER DETERRENCE] Location: Kampung Segambut Dalam, Kuala Lumpur Date: 24 September 2014, Time: Afternoon est. Everyone should share this video for awareness against this road rager in KL! According to the victim, he was driving while he noticed this vehicle, a white Lexus WKY 8464 wanting to over take him. This vehicle winded down the window and showed him the middle finger gesture, subsequently stopped his vehicle infront of the victim and alighted to started using abusive languages, also kicked the victims vehicle. This road rager has even intended to break the glass panel, however he did not suceed. At this point, the victim took out his mobile phone and starts filming this aggressor, however the man did the same by filming back the victims car registration plate. This man halt his vehicle 3 times and sped off from the scene afterwards. What actions would you take if you run into someone like this man someday?
