PERC unit sees December 2014 target for wind plant PetroWind sees the December completion of its 50MW wind power project in Aklan. Funded by 30% equity & 70% debt, it is jointly owned by PetroGreen Energy (40%, PERC unit), EEI Power (20%) & CapAsia ASEAN Wind Holdings (40%). PetroGreen also holds a 65% stake in Maibarara Geothermal, which owns & operates a 20MW geothermal plant in Sto. Tomas, Batangas. It also holds a 5.001% interest in service contract (SC) 6A (Octon block) & 1.03% in SC 14C2 (West Linpacan block, both in Palawan; 2% in SC 47 in Mindoro & 4.012% in SC 51 in Leyte. It also holds a 2.525% interest in Etame Marin block in Gabon, Africa.
