The role holds a great deal of responsibility and involves working to extremely tight deadlines. Some of the main duties will involve, taking minutes at meetings, preparing reports via excel, office and staff coordination, travel and accommodation arrangements, IT and mobile phone support to trades staff, extensive diary management, processing expenses and ad hoc duties for the senior management team. This role will also see the suitable individual working closely with other divisions within the business to be that point of contact between the staff and the managing Director.
