Eradication of scrapie may indeed be in the interest of the animal industry to meet their international trade commitments, but killing or quarantining healthy animals ignores the value of life and the rights of individual animals and their human families. Especially in this case when those healthy animals are entirely outside the animal industry and live happy, free lives on a vegan farm & animal sanctuary where no product whatsoever is produced from the animals, no breeding occurs, and no animals leave the farm. ~ Yan of Piebird
