PETITION TO SEND THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF LMOA A MESSAGE Over the years we have been paying our dues and funds have been set aside to repair or replace our common properties including our buildings. In the past two months meetings have been held and surveys conducted focusing on making new improvements which may include new construction, all of which will require new expenses for members to fund in the coming year, if approved by the membership. In May 2013, a decision to move forward with repairs to our buildings was agreed by the Board of Directors. Over a year has passed and no plan has been developed and shared with the membership. While many of us are interested in seeing improvements to our community, at this point in time, we ask that you “get on with the repairs” which you have already set money aside for in our Major Repairs & Replacements fund. Petitions for review and signature have been printed. A table will be located in front of Lauterbach Chiropractic located in Food Lion Shopping Plaza adjacent to the pharmacy. Members interested are invited to stop by the table between 12 Noon and 3pm. Those members interested in assisting in circulating Petitions can stop by the table or call 960-1611 or leave a message at 589-9005.
