PF Has Not Delivered on Election Promise – Sacika Former Secretary to the Cabinet Sketchley Sacika says the Patriotic Front has not delivered on its major campaign promises in their three years of being in power. Sacika warned that the PF risk losing power if they did not address the issue of the major campaign promises they made to the Zambian people. He said that among the highly publicized campaign issues was the constitution making process and the restoration of the Barotseland Agreement. “Mr Sata was reported in the papers and the media as saying that the Barotseland land agreement of 1964 was a legal document and if he was elected as President he would restore the Barotseland Agreement but that has not happened,” Sacika said. “People of Zambia were also promised a constitution, so on the major promises that the Patriotic Front government made I am afraid they have not done very well at all.” He said that it was not too late for the PF to address their promises to the Zambian people. “My word of advice is that belated although it might be they have to fulfill the promises that they made to the people of Zambia,” Sacika said. zambiareports/2014/09/25/pf-delivered-election-promise-sacika/
