Key Roles & Responsibilities To provide customer with an fast accurate customer services •To be Custodians for deliverables at the branch as required. •To handle and log customer Complaints and log all complaints and feedback in LMS •To handle customer services request •To comply and adhere with MCS requirements. •Assist the Branch on relief duties and/or do additional jobs as and when required by your Superiors. Qualifications & Skills • Preferably a University Graduate. •Should be able to speak fluent English and Arabic. •Should have good knowledge of SCB Consumer Banking Products. •Should have basic PC skills (word processing and spreadsheet). •Should have a good knowledge of local banking regulations •Should comply with Group “Code of Conduct”.
