PFPD Officers stayed busy last night with a variety of calls. Here are some highlights: A burglary occurred sometime between May 25th and 27th, when unknown suspects entered the victims shed and took 2 gas cans and a leaf blower. Battery that occurred at Love’s, stemming from a road rage incident that occurred in Montana. Victim was pumping gas when a unknown male jumped out of a vehicle and struck the victim, then grabbed the gas pump and sprayed the victim with diesel fuel and left the scene. Officers were unable to locate the suspect vehicle. Victim did not need medical treatment. Battery complaint where victim reported that her daughters have battered her over the past few days. Victim had visible marks from the batteries. Property damage accident as a vehicle was exiting E/B I90 MP5 and was unable to stop before colliding into a vehicle stopped at the traffic light at the bottom of the off ramp. Driver was cited for following too close as well as driving without required ignition interlock device. Both vehicles sustained minor damage. A vehicle struck the curb at the corner of Cedar Street & Seltice Way and blew a tire. The reporting party followed the suspect vehicle to a residence where the driver parked the vehicle in the driveway, exited the vehicle and went inside. Officers arrived at the residence however could not get anyone to answer the door. Officers conducted a traffic stop for an equipment violation. The driver was taken into custody for possession of marijuana as well as paraphernalia and prescription medications not belonging to him. (JO)
