PGTs WILL TEACH FROM 6TH TO 12TH CLASSES IN HP No.EDN-H(19)B(1)-6/2010-Misc Directorate of Higher Education Himachal Pradesh Dated Shimla-171 00 1 16 December,2014 All the Deputy Directors of Higher Education in Himachal Pradesh Subject:- Regarding teaching of 6th to 12th classes by POT and contract lecturers. Memo: It has come to the notice of the department that the Lecturers/POTs are not adhering the instructions of the department regarding teaching of 6th to 12th classes. In this connection, it is directed that all the POTs (whether regular or contract)and lecture upon contract basis will teach those subject from 6th to 10,h classes which they had studied at Graduation level, in addition to teaching of 10+ 1 & 10+2 classes of the subject studied by them at the post graduation level, to enable them to fulfill the minimum norms of teaching in a week/month. These instructions may be brought to the notice of all the concerned for strict compliance and non adherence of these instructions will be viewed seriously.
