PHAILIN…. 12th Oct 2013 ..The Historic Horror of heruline oceanic cyclone, heated with the wind speed of 280 to 320 Km/Hr at the Gopalpur- Berhampur land line of Coastal Orissa. Massive devastation occurred and Millions of Houses collapsed, Infrastructures duped, All house hold items scattered & fled away, Cattle and pets displaced and died . Life paralyzed with post cyclone additional calamity i.e. massive flood at present. There is no power, no water and no communication, No transportation, All roads closed with broken tree trunks mounted on streets & roads. People those who could save their lives are now struggling along with their infant babies, old parents & children. For them no shelter, no food, no water, no spare clothes, no baby food, no medicine and they are counting their days on dwelling straight under the open sky . The aid received so far are purely insufficient for extending relief.
