PHEW! Part Deux.... well, here we are 18 months in and at long last, a brand spanking new coffee brewer is up and running at the Elbow. This new unit came on the recommendation the owner of Raos Cafes and Lady Kiligrew - Ken is quite fluent in coffee and I am fortunate to have his friendship and advising. I am able to program and adjust brew temperatures and times per roast, pulse and pre soak the brews - and in only one day of testing and tasting, I am already converted to the new technology! If you all have seen my truck outside the shop many nights a week over the past two months, its been doing double time to work out roasting and brewing kinks here, to improve the product and continue my own ongoing education, and to be able to serve you the very best. Slow going, worth it, and you have my hugest thanks for supporting independent fair trade coffee!
