PHF Press Presents Essay Contest on “How to Revive Reading Culture” By Adeyemi Qodri ..................................................... The Pure Heart Foundation (PHF) Press department has declared the intent to organize an essay contest for delegates of the just-commenced camping exercise holding at Muslim Girls’ High School, Erunwon, Ijebu-Ode. The Director of Press, Miftaudeen Raji, made the announcement yesterday during an interactive session with newsmen. Speaking on what informed the decision, he stated that it was expedient at this time to resuscitate the “ailing” culture of reading and writing among the youths. He however, said that prizes will be awarded to winners in the categories of best researched entry, best creative entry and best outstanding entry. Delegates who are interested in submitting entry for the contest, are to submit only one hand-written entry of not more than one full scalp sheet per person to the Press office. Deadline for submission of entries shall be after the news broadcast on Monday 30th December, while winner will be announced at the camp “Formal Closing” slated for Tuesday 31st December.
