PHIL MAKING MOVES : According to TNTs David Aldridge: The Knicks are in talks with the Detroit Pistons on a Sign and Trade deal for Restricted Free Agent Center Greg Monroe in exchange for JR Smith & 2nd Round Draft Pick. The Deal is still being negotiated between the 2 sides, since Detroit wants a 1st Round Pick which the Knicks does own its 2015 & 2017 1st Round Picks however, teams are not allowed to trade draft picks in consecutive years. Monroe standing at 611 at 250 lbs. averages 15.2 PPG with 9.3 Rebounds, 0.6 Blocks in 33 minutes per game.
