Foreign Affairs Secretary Albert F. del Rosario and Slovak Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Miroslav Lajčak signed the Memorandum of Understanding on the Establishment of Political Consultation Mechanism between the Philippine Department of Foreign Affairs and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Slovak Republic which provides a tool for conducting bilateral consultations at a deputy minister or high-ranking official level between the two institutions to review the developments in the political, economic, consular, cultural, technological and scientific areas of the two country’s relations.
