PHL AMBASSADOR DELIVERS LECTURE AT BRUNEI DEFENCE ACADEMY ON “SECURITY OUTLOOK AND DEFENSE POLICY: THE PHILIPPINE PERSPECTIVE” 09 June 2014 – Philippine Ambassador to Brunei Darussalam Nestor Z. Ochoa delivered a lecture on “Security Outlook and Defense Policy: The Philippine Perspective” before the students of the Royal Brunei Armed Forces (RBAF) Command and Staff Course Class Nr 4 on June 5, at the RBAF Defence Academy upon the invitation of its Commandant, Colonel Abdul Hadi bin Hj Saim. The Command and Staff Course is a key career course of 40 weeks being attended by 13 senior military officers of Brunei Darussalam, an officer of the Royal Brunei Police Force, and officer from Brunei’s Internal Security Department and invited foreign armed forces officers from Bangladesh, People’s Republic of China, India, Indonesia, Malaysia, New Zealand, Oman, the Philippines, Pakistan, Singapore, Thailand, the United States and United Kingdom. The Ambassador was accompanied by Colonel Carlos B. Cepe PAF (GSC), the Philippine Defense and Armed Forces Attaché to Brunei Darussalam. END
