PHOTO COLLECTION Many thanks for the add. I am in fact looking to get some advice from your obvious knowledgeable members. I hope you dont mind and this is acceptable. I am looking to sell on behalf of my elderly brother his extensive UK steam and diesel photo collection. These are not taken by himself, but bought by him while collecting over approximately 45 to 50 years. There are well over 22,000 photos in black & white and colour. Including many Class 40s. Many taken by a well know loco photographer.They are mostly kept in old blank photo boxes, as one of his old friends took many of them and also developed his own photos. Hence the old boxes to store them in. My reason for posting this is to search for help or suggestions in finding the correct place to sell them. I am sorry people, but not being a huge rail enthusiast myself, I dont know where to start searching. Just found this site by pure accident. We would very much appreciate any help or suggestions in this matter. I have counted these and logged them myself, so know exactly how many of each class/type there are. Many thanks in advance.
