PHOTOS: The iRecycle Program is holding the Great Recycling Roundup at the Agana Shopping Center parking lot, across the road from the Hagatna McDonalds, today. Organizers are collecting aluminum cans, plastic bottles, newspapers, used cooking oil and car batteries.
