Professional & Soft Skills: • Create, maintain, and execute development plans, resulting in achieving engagement goals • Fluent in English Writing, Reading • Able to work on deadlines and manage several tasks simultaneously • Excellent communication and organizational skills and attention to detail • Strong command of WordPress content management system • Have analytical mind to derive information from web metrics • Can adapt quickly to new technologies • Write “clean”, well designed code • Produce detailed specifications • Troubleshoot, test and maintain the core product software and databases to ensure strong optimization and functionality • Contribute in all phases of the development lifecycle • Follow industry best practices • Develop and deploy new features to facilitate related procedures and tools if necessary • Demonstrable knowledge of web technologies including MySQL, PHP, HTML5, CSS3, Javas script, AJAX etc. • Good knowledge of relational databases, version control tools and of developing web services • Experience in common third-party APIs (google, Facebook, etc.) • Passion for best design and coding practices and a desire to develop new bold ideas • Flexible to occasionally work outside of standard business hours • Additional duties and responsibilities may be assigned as necessary.
