PHS Octagon Club inducted 8 new officers and representatives today! Sponsor Lisa Bush says, I have a great bunch of kids that are not only hard workers in the classroom, but demonstrate character and compassion outside of the classroom. A handful of students currently volunteer at PCSC elementary schools after their high school day ends, helping teachers with specific needs. Introducing something new this year, the Club is sponsoring a sack race booth for the homecoming carnival (4:30-5:30) before the homecoming football game. Hope to see you there! The group will also be helping collect coats for needy individuals in the Plainfield community at the Oct. 10th PHS football game.
